The 3D Smart Sorter utilizes guided tracks layered in multiple tiers, allowing smart bots to move horizontally along aisles and vertically between levels.
Each bot is equipped with:

Parcel Handling & Sorting Workflow
Induction & Scanning
Parcel enters via infeed conveyors, passes through high-speed barcode scanner, 3D dimensioning profiler, and inline weighing conveyor. Data syncs with WMS/WCS for real-time decision making.
Bot Assignment & Loading
Parcel assigned to an available smart bot and loaded via cross-conveyor interface.
Navigation & Transit
Bots maintain 500mm safety gap, navigate using encoders and sensors, and transition vertically as needed.
Sorting & Return Cycle
Bot aligns with destination chute, ejects parcel, verifies drop, then returns to base level for next assignment.
